It’s so easy to use, and will give you an amazing resume in no time flat. Even if you’ve never written a resume before, I guarantee you’ll be able to use this template and make it amazing in no time at all.
No matter how much you pay for a resume writing service, they are nothing compared to the quality of this template. I can say it again, because I really want to make sure I get this point across. It’s simple, easy to understand, and extremely effective. I can’t tell you how many resumes I’ve seen that look like they’ve been written by 10 year olds with their parents’ credit card. These resumes end up costing companies and recruiters both time and money, since they’re hard to read and often confuse basic information with important details.
You can have your photos, videos, and gifs inside. You don’t have to worry about formatting. It stands out. It stands apart. It tells a story. It gets read. It gets eyeballed. It gets gutty-gutted. It makes you feel like a superstar.
It will save you so much time, and give you such a boost of confidence when you apply for jobs. I’m just showing one example, but there are many more, and I’m sure there are many more out there that I haven’t found yet. I’m showing one example of a resume I had to make for a position I was very interested in.
It is simple, it is clean, and it is effective. 99% of applicant tracking systems reject your resume. Your resume is not a SINGLE. They don’t care about your education, your awards, your community service. They care about your accomplishments, your accomplishments per dollar, and your most recent 10 years.
It’s so simple yet packs a punch. It’s the modern resume. (Not sure if this is a bad word) It’s the resume your boss will actually appreciate. Your resume will be so easy to manage, you’ll be able to send it to anyone, and they won’t even have to know how to type.
I know people are going to tell you it doesn’t work because people are desperate but listen to them. If someone comes to you and says “I’m really really really broke and I’ve got to try this new thing called software development” don’t scoff and say “yeah but it’s gonna kill you” know it’s true.
I went with a very simple design to emphasize my international background. I put the name of the company in the header, and the actual resume in the body. I put my location in the header, and explicitly stated that I am located in India. I chose a very common design of bullet points to emphasize ease of readability. I made sure that all my experience was written in the third person format. I chose a very common design of bullets to emphasize ease of readability.
It’s much more time consuming to make your own template, but in the long run you will be glad you did. The only thing I would change is to have two different job titles for the same position. One is Sales Associate, and one is Technical Sales Associate. I have them separated as three separate jobs, since a part time job at a coffee shop doesn’t make sense.
