Tips for First Timers:
- A basic template like this is what most people use when entering the workforce without having to know how write a resume. It can be beneficial for people who have little to no work experience to apply to jobs, internships and volunteer positions. A high school resume may also be used by someone who has changed careers and has little to no work experience in the new career field they pursue. This type of resume is useful for people who have little to no work history.
- Add the names of your parents and your spouse if you have them. If you’re single, you can include your childhood sweetheart or partner. If you have no children or spouse, consider adding your childhood sweetheart or partner.
- Include the most relevant educational history. List your most recent education first, and include the degrees you have earned. If you are a recent graduate, you can include your high school graduation, GED or bachelor’s degree.

It’s so easy to use, and will fit onto any piece of paper without any room to move. Best of all, you get to enjoy the look and feel of your resume as you work to create the content that will make you money. Creating your resume has never been this easy. I want you to write your story in the best way possible.
It’s so simple, yet packs a punch. It’s the resume builder that will help you land that dream job that you’ve always wanted. Boom! Boom! Your dream job is waiting for you at the top of the page. Boom! Boom! You’ve finally found the resume template that will finally get you that dream job.
I’m using Google Docs, but the formatting is exactly what you’re looking at. First, here’s a little background information. I’ve worked at the same company for eight years. I started as a floor supervisor, moved to administrative assistant, then to project manager. In this position, I had to manage three different groups of employees. I hired, trained, developed and managed these groups of employees.
It is visually appealing. You will never confuse it with any other template because it’s very minimal and straight to the point. It doesn’t get in the way of the eyes or distract from the document. It is easily accessible. You don’t have to go hunting for a new resume after every major career change.
I still have a long way to go, but I feel I at least have a decent foundation to work on. I am looking for more options in the finance sector, specifically in investments, and I am willing to relocate. I have been applying to many positions, but I am not getting any call backs.
It’s so simple, yet packs a punch. It’s the template that got me my new job. 99% of the companies that use resume bots don’t get a single call back. I posted my old resume and it got a ton of calls.
It’s simple, easy to understand, and totally effective. I can’t tell you how many times I see a resume that is clearly not written by a person and makes me want to rip the head off and gouge out my eyes. That’s not the kind of resume I’m talking about here though. The kind that actually does the keyword search for you and then serves up a nicely formatted lie to the hiring manager. That’s a whole other ballgame.
I got it down to a single page using tables and pivot tables to optimize space usage, and I got the content and overall aesthetic down. It also helped that I’m just a teenager, and that my parents help out with the editing and proofreading, so I’m pretty sure they’re the only people who would actually read it.
It allowed me to fit all the information on one page while still having enough information to show my history and growth. I have taken some of the advice from other posts and combined it with what I know works. I look forward to hearing what you all have to say!
It is readable. It is simple. It is direct and to the point. It is honest and it is what you think is best. It is professional and it is not “SHOW NOT TELL”. It is not overly flashy or confusing.
