Allow the creative, vivacious part of you bean through your resume with Applewood – a cheerful-themed 4 page resume design template pack written in MS Word.
Bright yellow graphics and arrows punctuate the table borders, giving this layout prominence and modernism to its finish.
As seen by the gridlines above, just click the cell to alter anything about its properties or content – you can use word’s shading feature to add a little contrast to the background, for instance.
If you want to replace the rows containing software skills with something more technical, you can do that too.
Tweak the miscellaneous infographs by formatting the autoshape pretty easily to complement the columns.
Tip: If you have a relevant certification, you might consider listing it in your resume as a separate certification. You might also consider listing any other relevant certifications that you have in this template.

It’s simple, beautiful, and easy to update. If you’re serious about getting hired, this is the template to use. If you’re creative and you want to be paid for your work, this is the template to use.
It’s so easy to customize, and every single person who copies this template gets hired. I guarantee it. Even if you copy this template, you can still change up your resume to get hired. The only downside is that it’s only available for private use. But you don’t need to ask anyone for permission to use this template.
I had to cut out a bunch of crap and make it fit onto one page. My old resume was around 2 pages and took me around 30-40 minutes to make. This one is under two and a half pages and took me less than 10 minutes. I applied for two jobs today using this resume template. Both of the positions I applied for were entry level positions.
I’m so happy I was able to land such a great job with such a small company.
I was able to fit all my relevant experience, education and skills on 1 page. I am proud of how my resume looks and I hope it shows. I would love to hear from people who know what their talking about. So far, I have gotten the responses I was hoping for. I am looking for a new position in either a public or private security company.
It’s simple, modern, and clean. It doesn’t scream ENORMOUS. My old resume had a bunch of colors and weird fonts and pictures and I really hated it. I don’t want to show my personality by showing my resume looking like crap. I’m also trying to keep it at one page and I think this is a great starting point.
I didn’t know how to brighten it up, so I just adjusted the colors. I wanted it to be a one page, and this still gets me there pretty well.
